In one month it will be Christmas, stores and houses are already starting to be decorated as the date approaches, the year went by too fast... Back to swimming, it was a bit tough. We swam a thousand meters freestyle, then 500 meters with a pull buoy and hand paddles, then five 100 meters sprints still using the same equipment. I didn't keep track of all the times, only my best today, 1 minute and 22 seconds. I got tired and unfortunately I couldn't do 10 repetitions on the chin-up, but I managed to complete my workout at the gym.
